This API Agreement governs access to and use of KepAIx developer APIs, endpoints, documentation, and related services.
KepAIx provides educational market intelligence and analytical information.
KepAIx APIs do not provide:
Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.
KepAIx may offer public endpoints, restricted endpoints, developer endpoints, and payment-enabled endpoints.
Access methods, endpoint structures, response formats, authentication methods, and pricing may change over time.
KepAIx may suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time.
Certain KepAIx APIs may require payment before access is granted.
Payment-enabled endpoints may use x402-compatible payment mechanisms, digital assets, or other approved payment methods.
If a valid response is delivered after successful payment verification, the transaction is considered complete.
Pricing may change in the future without retroactive effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KepAIx shall not be liable for:

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, tax requirements, and platform rules in their jurisdiction.
Nothing provided by KepAIx should be interpreted as legal, tax, financial, or regulatory guidance.
KepAIx may update this agreement from time to time.
Continued use of KepAIx APIs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
