These Terms govern access to and use of KepAIx, including the website, verified public APIs, structured JSON resources, premium x402 access, the related Prediction Arena and leaderboard, documentation, support systems, and other platform services. KepAIx is educational only and does not provide financial advice, trading guarantees, brokerage, exchange access, wallet custody, automated trading, betting, or gambling.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using the KepAIx website, verified APIs, premium x402 resources, Prediction Arena, documentation, support systems, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If You Disagree
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use KepAIx. Continued use of KepAIx means you accept the current version of these Terms and any updates posted on this page.
2. Platform Description
Educational Market Intelligence Platform
KepAIx provides structured, versioned JSON intelligence for developers, AI agents, researchers, dashboards, and educational applications.
Platform Features
KepAIx may include public pages, verified API products, structured JSON responses, confidence reporting, timestamps, source limitations, documentation, premium x402 resources, the related Prediction Arena, leaderboard features, and support systems.
Ongoing Development
KepAIx is an evolving platform. Products, schemas, fields, pages, endpoints, data sources, pricing, payment requirements, documentation, and service availability may change over time.
3. Educational Use Only
No AdviceKepAIx does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.
No Fiduciary RelationshipUse of KepAIx does not create a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or professional relationship.
No GuaranteesKepAIx does not guarantee profits, prevent losses, guarantee prediction accuracy, ensure completeness, or promise that any output will be useful for a particular purpose.
User ResponsibilityUsers are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, trades, investments, risk management, and outcomes.

4. Prediction Arena Terms
Educational Challenge
The Prediction Arena is a related educational experience where users may compare their own BTC assessments against a time-locked KepAIx signal after a round closes.
No Betting Or Gambling
The Arena is not a betting, wagering, gambling, sweepstakes, lottery, casino, sportsbook, or prize-gambling system.
Leaderboard Activity
Player display names, scores, streaks, results, or other public challenge data may appear on leaderboard or public Arena pages and may be moderated, delayed, corrected, or removed.
Fair Use
Users may not manipulate rounds, automate abusive play, impersonate others, exploit bugs, interfere with scoring, or attempt to damage the Arena experience.
5. No Custody, No Exchange Control, No Trade Execution
No Private KeysKepAIx does not request or require private keys.
No Seed PhrasesKepAIx does not request or require seed phrases.
No CustodyKepAIx does not take custody of user funds.
No Exchange LoginKepAIx does not require exchange passwords.
No Trade ExecutionKepAIx does not execute trades for users.
No BrokerageKepAIx is not a broker, exchange, or money transmitter.
6. AI Limitations and Market Risk
AI Can Be Wrong
AI and rule-based systems can be incomplete, inaccurate, early, late, overconfident, underconfident, or wrong. KepAIx outputs are not certainty and must not be treated as guaranteed predictions or complete market knowledge.
Market Risk
Crypto markets are highly volatile and may move rapidly due to liquidity, regulation, sentiment, macroeconomic events, exchange issues, security incidents, project failures, or unknown conditions.
Metrics Are Not Guarantees
Prediction counts, streaks, non-fail rates, confidence values, leaderboard results, API scores, or similar metrics are historical or contextual indicators and must not be interpreted as guaranteed future performance.
Data Can Fail
Market data, API responses, AI outputs, timestamps, confidence fields, and page content may be delayed, stale, unavailable, incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate.
7. Verified Products, Schemas, and Protected Methods
Verified Public Catalog
Only products publicly identified and documented by KepAIx should be treated as verified public products. Product names, identifiers, endpoints, and availability may change.
Schema Versioning
Public products may identify a schema version, currently 0.1.0. KepAIx may add, remove, rename, or revise fields and may publish compatibility or migration notes when appropriate.
Protected Proprietary Methods
Formulas, weights, thresholds, normalization, heuristics, prompts, adaptive rules, reasoning assembly, internal tooling, and non-public source code remain proprietary and are not licensed or disclosed through public access.
8. Developer API and x402 Access
Developer Use
KepAIx may offer verified free discovery APIs, premium x402 resources, documentation, machine-readable examples, and related developer materials for educational market intelligence use cases.
No Guaranteed Availability
API access may change, rate limits may apply, schemas or fields may be revised, and access may be paused or discontinued for maintenance, abuse prevention, security, payment failure, infrastructure limits, or platform changes.
Builder Responsibility
Developers are responsible for how they use, display, store, cache, transform, interpret, combine, or redistribute KepAIx data in their own applications and for complying with applicable laws and disclosures.
No Regulated Advice
Developers may not present KepAIx outputs as financial advice, guaranteed predictions, complete market knowledge, automated trading instructions, or regulated investment recommendations.
9. Accounts, Access, and Licenses
Access RequirementsSome KepAIx features may require an account, approval, API key, payment, subscription, x402-compatible client, or another access method.
SecurityUsers are responsible for keeping account, access, license, API, and payment-related information secure.
SuspensionKepAIx may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security concerns, nonpayment, license sharing, system misuse, or violation of these Terms.
10. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Paid Access
KepAIx may offer paid API requests, subscriptions, promotional access, private access, x402-powered resources, or other commercial plans.
Separate Payment Terms
Pricing, payment methods, renewal rules, cancellation methods, refund terms, usage limits, and access conditions may be provided on separate checkout, API, licensing, documentation, or subscription pages and form part of these Terms.
Current Documented x402 Terms
Current verified premium resources use x402 v2 on Algorand Mainnet with USDC ASA 31566704 at 0.01 USDC, represented as 10000 atomic units per request, unless a resource states otherwise.
Payment Unlocks Access Only
Payment unlocks the requested resource. It does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, usefulness, profit, availability, or any particular market outcome.
Access Changes
Unless otherwise stated in writing, access may be suspended or terminated for failed payments, invalid settlement, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, security concerns, rate-limit evasion, or violation of these Terms.
11. Acceptable Use
No System AbuseDo not attack, overload, scrape abusively, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with KepAIx systems.
No Malicious ContentDo not upload malware, malicious payloads, exploit code, phishing links, or harmful files.
No MisrepresentationDo not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or falsely claim affiliation with KepAIx.
No Financial MisuseDo not use KepAIx to promote scams, fraud, phishing, pump-and-dump schemes, or misleading financial claims.
No False ClaimsDo not claim KepAIx guarantees profits, eliminates losses, or provides regulated financial advice.
No Unauthorized Commercial UseDo not resell, redistribute, sublicense, mirror, scrape for resale, or commercially exploit KepAIx except as expressly allowed by written agreement or documented API terms.
12. Availability, Updates, and Changes
No Uptime GuaranteeKepAIx does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.
MaintenanceMaintenance, outages, third-party provider failures, payment provider issues, blockchain network issues, or infrastructure changes may affect availability.
Feature ChangesUpdates may add, remove, modify, pause, or replace features, pages, endpoints, data sources, or public displays.
13. Intellectual Property
KepAIx Materials
KepAIx, website content, software, product identifiers, interface designs, architecture descriptions, branding, graphics, logos, documentation, text, schemas, examples, and related materials are owned by KepAIx or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Limited Use
Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use KepAIx according to these Terms and any product-specific terms. No ownership rights are transferred.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
As-Is Service
KepAIx is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or any other kind, whether express or implied.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KepAIx and its owners, team members, contributors, service providers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, financial, trading, investment, data, business, reputational, or other losses arising from use of or inability to use KepAIx.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for all actions, decisions, trades, investments, integrations, redistributions, losses, gains, tax consequences, legal consequences, and outcomes related to their use of KepAIx information or outputs.
15. Governing Law
Michigan Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
