KepAIx is designed around privacy-conscious educational market intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the website, verified public APIs, premium x402 resources, the related Prediction Arena experience, support systems, analytics, hosting, security tools, and operational records. KepAIx does not request private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, wallet-control credentials, or custody of user assets.

Exchange CredentialsKepAIx does not need exchange usernames, passwords, API secrets, or trading permissions to provide educational intelligence.
Bank CredentialsKepAIx does not request bank usernames, passwords, or direct banking access.
Custody ControlKepAIx is not a wallet provider, exchange, broker, or asset custody system.
3. Prediction Arena & Learning Data
Arena Participation
The Prediction Arena may record educational round participation, prediction choices, player display names, timestamps, leaderboard results, and related activity needed to operate the challenge.
Educational Review
KepAIx may use Arena participation, assessment choices, consensus activity, round outcomes, and related summaries to operate the experience, improve explanations, review reliability, and understand feature performance.
Public Display
Leaderboard names, streaks, scores, or public challenge results may be displayed publicly when users participate in public Arena features.

KepAIx does not represent its public market-intelligence outputs as personalized financial profiling or individualized investment advice.

API Requests
Developer API usage may create technical request logs, product and endpoint records, response-status records, x402 payment-verification records, settlement records, and security events.
Blockchain Visibility
x402 or blockchain-based payment activity may create public transaction records, wallet addresses, asset-transfer details, and timestamps on networks KepAIx does not control.
Developer Responsibility
Builders using KepAIx endpoints are responsible for handling any user data in their own apps according to applicable laws and policies.

Operate ServicesRun the website, support systems, verified APIs, premium x402 resources, the related Prediction Arena, documentation, and educational intelligence features.
