Beta Software Agreement

KepAIx Beta Agreement.

This Beta Agreement applies to early access users, beta testers, demo users, invited testers, and anyone using unfinished or pre-release KepAIx software, KEPS nodes, dashboard systems, teacher-brain synchronization features, or related beta services.

Important Beta Notice: KepAIx beta software is experimental, may change frequently, may contain bugs, and should not be relied on for financial decisions. KepAIx is educational AI intelligence software, not financial advice or automated trade execution.

1. Beta Status

KepAIx beta versions are pre-release, experimental, and under active development. Features, interface elements, intelligence models, learning systems, licensing behavior, network behavior, and dashboard functionality may change at any time.

Use of beta software means you understand that the platform is still being tested and refined.

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Prediction behavior may change between versions.
  • Confidence values are not guarantees.
  • Learning systems may be adjusted during beta.
  • Shared intelligence updates may change how the software behaves.

  • Do not treat beta predictions as guaranteed or verified results.
  • Do not assume beta performance represents final product performance.
  • Do not use beta software as a substitute for independent research or professional advice.

5. Feedback Permission

By participating in the beta, users agree that feedback, bug reports, suggestions, comments, support tickets, usage observations, and improvement ideas may be used by KepAIx to improve the software, documentation, support systems, legal pages, onboarding flow, and overall product experience.

Feedback does not create ownership rights, compensation rights, royalties, or claims against KepAIx unless a separate written agreement exists.

  • Use KepAIx responsibly and lawfully.
  • Report bugs or major issues when possible.
  • Keep license keys and download links secure.
  • Not attempt to bypass licensing or security protections.
