KepAIx Licensing Terms.

1. License Structure

KepAIx may offer beta licenses, promotional licenses, subscription licenses, early-access licenses, limited-access licenses, commercial licenses, or future enterprise licensing models.

Licenses provide limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable access rights to KepAIx software, KEPS systems, dashboards, updates, support services, and related educational AI intelligence features.

2. Subscription Services

Certain KepAIx services may require recurring subscriptions, paid license activation, promotional access, or other approved licensing arrangements.

• Subscription pricing may change over time.
• Features and access levels may vary by license type.
• Beta access may differ from commercial launch access.
• Future premium features may require separate plans or subscriptions.
• Failure to maintain payment may result in suspended or terminated access.

3. Device Limits and Activations

KepAIx licenses may include device activation limits for security, licensing integrity, and anti-abuse purposes.

• Licenses may be restricted to a limited number of devices.
• Device resets may require approval or administrative action.
• Excessive activation attempts may trigger review.
• Shared, leaked, abused, or resold licenses may be suspended.
• KepAIx may track activation counts, device fingerprints, device names, and last-seen timestamps for licensing security.

4. Beta Licenses

Beta licenses are intended for testing, evaluation, feedback, and early-access participation.

• Beta access may be revoked, modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.
• Beta systems may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unstable behavior.
• Beta functionality may differ from future public releases.
• Participation in beta does not guarantee free lifetime access unless separately agreed in writing.
• Beta users remain subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, API Disclosure, and this Licensing Policy.

5. Updates and Platform Changes

KepAIx may release updates, patches, learning-system refinements, synchronization changes, user-interface changes, infrastructure updates, and security updates over time.

• Software behavior may evolve between versions.
• Features may be added, modified, replaced, or removed.
• KEPS intelligence systems may change as learning models improve.
• Some updates may require reconnecting, revalidation, or reinstalling.
• KepAIx may require users to run current or supported versions for security and compatibility.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Billing

Refund policies, cancellation terms, billing schedules, renewal conditions, and payment rules may vary depending on subscription type, promotional offer, beta status, payment processor, or future commercial policy.

Users are responsible for reviewing applicable billing and cancellation information before purchasing or activating paid services.

KepAIx reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, license sharing, unauthorized redistribution, or Terms-of-Service violations where permitted by law.

7. Abuse Prevention

The following activities are prohibited:

• Sharing private license keys publicly.
• Reselling unauthorized copies or access.
• Attempting to bypass activation systems.
• Tampering with licensing protections.
• Reverse engineering licensing systems.
• Disrupting support, licensing, activation, or update infrastructure.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using KepAIx in a way that promotes scams, deception, malware, unauthorized access, or financial fraud.

KepAIx may suspend or terminate licenses associated with abusive activity.

8. Ownership Rights

KepAIx, KEPS terminology, branding, software, learning systems, synchronization systems, documentation, architecture, interface elements, dashboards, website content, and related materials remain the intellectual property of KepAIx and its respective rights holders.

Licenses grant limited usage rights only and do not transfer ownership of the software, platform, architecture, brand, or intellectual property.

9. Service Availability

KepAIx services may occasionally experience maintenance, updates, outages, infrastructure changes, provider interruptions, beta instability, or third-party service interruptions.

KepAIx does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of licensing servers, support systems, dashboards, APIs, synchronization systems, community systems, or update services.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their license information.
• Using KepAIx responsibly and lawfully.
• Maintaining compatible hardware, operating systems, and internet access.
• Complying with applicable local laws and regulations.
• Reviewing updates to legal pages, subscription policies, and licensing rules.
• Understanding that KepAIx is educational AI intelligence software, not financial advice or automated trade execution.
